You also have seen many facebook ads that get that get this item on 90% off and when you click on that site you will directed to a site . And it all seems to be genuine and you place your order and spent on your money on the scammers pocket . 

Actually its a clone site of big shopping sites like Flipkart and Amazon . Scammers clone the site and choose a fake domain and resister their site and customize it to be real one but their servers and payment methods are their own .

And sponsor their post it in facebook . 

You placed your order spent the money but got nothing and you dont take this seriously and the scammer grows day by day .

HOW TO STOP IT 

The only way to stop it is self awareness . When you see the ad dont get excited and research it carefully and then come to the original site and search for that product and place order from that dont redirect from facebook . 

When you feel a ad to be scam immediately report it to facebook . It will help others .

The genuine sites always ends with .in{for India} or .com or .org extension. Read the site name after www. extension some scammer might replace the flipkart.com to fkmrt.xyz or something like that .
